PEGI Standards
By accessing as Staff anywhere in AidWorks, you are acceptingthese terms.
I remind you that these terms are for everyone and that in each AidWorks you can add more if you wish to your staff (YOU MUST in that case CREATE a LIST with those TERMS). By adding them, you cannot contradict the general ones.
Terms of Staff
Be respectful and professional in all communication with other staff members and members of the server.
Use your powers responsibly and make sure to follow server rules at all times.
If you encounter a problem or issue, bring it up with another staff member or the server owner.
Stay active and engage with members of the community to keep the server running smoothly.
Remember that you are representing the server, so act accordingly.
Keep sensitive information confidential and do not share it with anyone who is not authorized to view it.
If you need to take a break or step away from your duties for any reason, make sure to communicate this with other staff members.
Do not abuse your powers or engage in any behavior that could be seen as favoritism or discrimination.
Make sure to familiarize yourself with the server rules and be prepared to enforce them if necessary.
Stay accountable for your actions and take responsibility for any mistakes or missteps.
Respond promptly to any messages or inquiries from members or other staff members.
Be open to feedback and suggestions and continually work to improve the server and your performance as a staff member.
Take note of any patterns or issues that arise in the server and work with other staff members to address them.
Remember that you are a rolemodel for the community, so act accordingly.
Do not engage in any behavior that goes against the Discord Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
Maintain a positive attitude and create a welcoming environment for all members.
If you are unsure of how to handle a situation or are facing a difficult decision, reach out to other staff members for advice and support.
Stay organized and keep track of any tasks or responsibilities assigned to you.
Participate in staff meetings and discussions to stay updated on any changes or new developments in the server.
Make sure to communicate clearly and effectively with other staff members and members of the server.
Treat all members of the server fairly and without bias.
Make sure your actions are consistent with the server's mission and goals.
Encourage and support other staff members in their roles and responsibilities.
Be transparent with other staff members and members of the server with regards to your actions and decisions.
Take breaks and practice self-care to avoid burnout.

Terms of Partner & Alliances
Relevant content: All content shared by partners and allies must be relevant to the main theme of the server and must be posted in the appropriate channel.
Mutual benefits: Partners and allies must work together to create mutual benefits, with each party contributing to the success of the other.
Respectful behavior: All partners and allies must be respectful and professional towards each other and the server community as a whole.
No solicitation: Partners and allies should not solicit other members of the server for personal or business gain without prior approval.
Protection of data: Partners and allies must respect the privacy and rights of other members and should not share personal information without explicit consent.
Moderation: Moderators have the authority to enforce the rules and take appropriate disciplinary action in case of non-compliance.
Requirements
Relevant content: The partner or ally must have content that is relevant to the main theme of the server.
Established presence: The partner or ally must have an established presence on their respective platform (e.g. website, social media, etc.).
Professionalism: The partner or ally must act in a professional and respectful manner towards the server and its members.
Mutual benefit: The partnership or alliance must be beneficial for both parties, with each party contributing to the success of the other.
Approval: The partnership or alliance must be approved by the server administrators or moderators.
Activity level: The partner or ally must have a consistent level of activity on their respective platform, with regular updates and engagement with their audience.
